For Manhattan and Brooklyn owners

Rent out or sell your Manhattan or Brooklyn home

You own a condo, a co-op or a townhouse on the Upper East Side, the Upper West Side, Tribeca, SoHo, the West Village, Chelsea, Hudson Yards, Brooklyn Heights, DUMBO or Park Slope, and you will be away for a few months or longer. We place furnished stays of 30 days or longer for executives, families relocating from abroad and insured households, and we arrange standard leases and sales.

    • Furnished stays of 30 days or longer, standard leases or a sale
    • Renters include executives on assignment, families relocating from abroad and insured households
    • We work through co-op and condo board sublet rules with you
    • Licensed New York real estate salesperson with Property Finders Global

    The 30-day rule

In New York City it is illegal to rent an entire apartment for fewer than 30 days in most buildings, and the city enforces it. We only place stays of 30 days or longer, which keeps you on the right side of the law and brings renters who live in the home rather than pass through it.

Co-op and condo boards often have their own sublet rules: approval, a maximum term or a fee. Send us the building's rules and we plan around them.

    How listing works

    • Tell us the neighborhood, the layout, what stays furnished and when it is free
    • We tell you what it should rent or sell for
    • Public listing or private showings, your choice
    • You approve every tenant or buyer in writing
