30-Day and Monthly Furnished Rentals Across New Jersey

Furnished apartments and homes you can take for a month, three months or a year, with the furniture, utilities and WiFi already handled. No twelve-month lease, no furniture shopping, no utility hookups. Tell us the town and the date and we will send real options.

    • 30, 60 and 90-day terms plus month-to-month renewals
    • Utilities, WiFi and furnishings included in one monthly figure
    • Immediate move-in availability on many properties
    • Studios through five-bedroom homes and estates

What a monthly furnished rental actually is

It is a real home, leased by the month, with everything in it. Beds, sofas, dining table, desk, cookware, plates, glasses, towels and linens are already there. Electricity, gas, water and internet are on in the property's name and rolled into your monthly rate. You arrive with suitcases and start living the same day.

The minimum stay is thirty days, which is what separates this category from nightly rentals and puts it on the right side of most New Jersey municipal short-term-rental rules. After the first month, terms typically continue month to month, so you can stay for six weeks or sixteen months without renegotiating from scratch.

Pricing is a single monthly number rather than a nightly rate plus cleaning plus utilities plus a furniture rental invoice. It is usually meaningfully less than an extended-stay hotel for the same period, and you get a kitchen, a living room and separate bedrooms instead of one room.

    Who these work for

Most of the people we place fall into a handful of situations, and each has its own page with details that matter for that circumstance:

    • Displaced by fire, smoke or water damage and living on an insurance claim
    • Renovating a kitchen or the whole house and needing out for a few months
    • Between homes after selling before the next closing
    • New to the area and renting for a season before committing to a purchase
    • Working a contract, a rotation or a project away from home
    • Handling a family situation, caring for a parent, a medical treatment nearby, a separation

    Where we place people

Our densest inventory is along the Hudson waterfront and through Bergen County, with strong coverage across Essex, Morris, Union and Middlesex, plus Manhattan for anyone who needs to be in the city. Jersey City and Hoboken suit commuters who want a PATH ride into Manhattan; Bergen County suits families who want space, a yard and a driveway.

If you have a specific town in mind, start with the market page for that area, or just call and describe your commute. We would rather ask three questions and search accurately than send you a list of everything.

    • Furnished monthly rentals in Jersey City, waterfront, PATH, studios to 3BR
    • Temporary housing in Hoboken, walkable, brownstone blocks and new construction
    • Furnished rentals in Bergen County, Fort Lee, Edgewater, Cresskill, Closter, Hackensack
    • Corporate housing in Manhattan and across New York City
    • Newark, Montclair, Morristown, Princeton, New Brunswick and the rest of the state

How to get a real answer quickly

The fastest path is a phone call or a text with four facts: the town, the move-in date, how many bedrooms you need, and how long you expect to stay. Add pets, parking and budget and we can usually come back the same day with options that are genuinely available rather than listings that went last month.

Availability changes constantly in this market, which is why we do not publish a static inventory list and call it a search. Every option we send is confirmed available for your dates before it reaches you.

Tell us the town and the date.

Call or text and tell us where you need to be and when. We respond within hours, seven days a week.
