Furnished Hamptons housing on 30-day-plus terms in Southampton, monthly stays for work, projects, and long assignments, not weekend or seasonal share rentals.
Southampton is the closest Hamptons town to the city and the most year-round of them, which is why it is the one that actually works for corporate housing. Our placements here are 30 nights minimum and are built around work: construction and renovation leadership living out a build, clinicians at Stony Brook Southampton Hospital, production and creative teams on location, and executives working remotely from the East End for a season rather than a weekend.
We are explicit about what this is not. We do not do summer share houses, weekend rentals, or two-week August bookings. Hamptons short-term inventory is priced and permitted around that market, and it is a bad fit for anyone who needs a predictable monthly rate and a lease term that survives Labor Day. Our terms are monthly, our rates are monthly, and shoulder-season and winter stays are where the pricing is genuinely reasonable.
Inventory is mostly furnished single-family homes plus a limited number of cottages and condo units, so expect bedrooms, a full kitchen, laundry, and a driveway. Every placement is furnished and equipped, billed on one consolidated invoice. We never publish addresses or property names.
Walkable Main Street and Jobs Lane, closest to shops, groceries, and the hospital. The most year-round part of town.
Quieter wooded area north of the village, larger lots, generally better monthly value.
Between Southampton and Bridgehampton, mostly houses, popular with longer relocations and remote executives.
West of the village with the most year-round housing stock, common for crews and longer work assignments.
Neighboring hamlets we pull from when Southampton availability is limited.
Builders, project managers, and owners' reps living on the East End for the length of a build or a major renovation.
Travel nurses, physicians, and allied staff at Stony Brook Southampton Hospital on 13-week and longer assignments.
Crews shooting on location who need multiple furnished units on a monthly term rather than nightly hotel rooms.
Professionals basing on the East End for a season with reliable WiFi, a dedicated workspace, and LIRR or Jitney access to the city.
Households in the middle of a sale, purchase, or renovation who need several months in the same school district.
Hotel inventory in the Hamptons is thin, seasonal, and priced for peak weekends, which makes it unusable for a three-month assignment. A furnished house on a monthly term gives a project team or a clinician a flat rate, a kitchen, laundry, parking, and enough space to host a working dinner or a site meeting. It also removes the biggest East End risk for long stays, being pushed out of a rental when the summer rate season begins.
LIRR Montauk Branch service from Southampton station runs west to Jamaica and Penn Station New York, roughly 2 hours 15 minutes to Midtown, with better schedules on weekdays. The Hampton Jitney and Hampton Luxury Liner run frequent express coaches to Manhattan. By car, Route 27 (Sunrise Highway) and County Road 39 are the main arteries and traffic is heavy on summer weekends. East Hampton Airport (JPX) is about 30 minutes east, MacArthur (ISP) about an hour west. A car is effectively required for a working stay.
