For owners and property managers
List your furnished apartment for corporate and mid-term tenants
You have a furnished apartment or house in New Jersey or New York and you want steady 30-day-plus tenants, not nightly guests and not a 12-month lease. We place employees on assignment, relocating families, travel nurses and families displaced by insurance claims. Tell us about the property and we match it to requests that fit.
- No fee to list your property with us
- Tenants are companies, relocating employees, nurses and insured families
- Stays of 30 days or longer, often billed to a company or an insurer
- One contact for questions, move-in and move-out
Who rents furnished places through us
Most of our requests come from three groups. Companies placing an employee for a project or a transfer, usually for one to six months. Families whose home was damaged by a fire or a flood, whose homeowners insurance pays for a furnished place nearby while repairs run. And healthcare workers on 13-week contracts near hospitals in Hudson, Bergen, Essex and Manhattan.
All three want the same things: a full kitchen, in-unit or in-building laundry, WiFi, linens and a simple move-in. They are not vacation guests, and they stay long enough that you are not turning the unit over every weekend.
How listing works
Send the address or town, bedrooms, photos if you have them, the monthly rent you want and when the place is available. We check it against current requests and tell you honestly whether it fits what tenants are asking for in your area.
When there is a match, we send you the tenant's details and dates in writing before anything is signed. You approve every placement.
- Tell us the property, the rent you want and your available dates
- We match it to current corporate, insurance and nurse requests
- You review the tenant and the terms before anything is signed
- We coordinate move-in and stay your contact until move-out
Short-term rental rules
Many towns, including Jersey City, Hoboken and New York City, restrict stays shorter than 30 days. Stays of 30 days or longer are generally treated differently, but rules vary by town and by building. Check your local ordinance, your condo or co-op rules and your mortgage before you list.
