The founding story
Hector De La Cruz became a licensed real estate professional in New Jersey at 18 and expanded into New York shortly after. What he learned early, first placing individual renters, then corporate assignments for banks and consulting firms, is that the standard playbook for temporary housing and business travel is broken in two ways at once.
On the corporate housing side, HR and mobility teams are handed a fragmented directory of operators, wildly inconsistent quality, and long tail of surprise fees. On the travel side, corporate hotel programs almost universally fail: the rates are stale, the tooling is a usability disaster, and the relationship layer evaporates the moment something goes wrong at 2am.
Property Finders Group was founded in 2015 to fix both problems with one relationship. We source furnished corporate apartments for 30+ day stays, relocations, insurance ALE, travel nurses, construction crews, project teams, and we run a private hotel program with negotiated rates worldwide for everything shorter.
