Once you have an accepted offer, we line up a furnished place for the gap. Most families stay 30 to 120 days. If the dates move, we extend.
Selling a high-value home
For estates and luxury apartments, the listing can stay private and showings can be limited to qualified buyers. If the home will sit empty while it sells, you can also lease it furnished to a vetted 30-day-plus tenant until it closes.
