1. 1. Tell us the basics. Towns or neighborhoods, budget, home type, timing, and whether you are paying cash or financing.
2. 2. We introduce one agent. A licensed partner who works that area and price range, by phone or email the same day when possible.
3. 3. You decide. If the fit is not right, tell us and we introduce someone else.

Questions

Does it cost anything to be matched with an agent?

No. The match is free to buyers. Partner agents are paid at closing in the usual way, and a referral arrangement between brokerages does not add to your price.

Who are your partner agents?

Licensed agents and brokerages in New Jersey and New York, including Winfar Real Estate in Fort Lee for Bergen and Hudson County. We match you by area, budget, language and property type.

Can you help if I am relocating for work?

Yes. Many buyers rent a furnished apartment first while they learn the area. We can arrange the temporary housing and introduce the buying agent at the same time.

Do you help luxury and first-time buyers?

Both. Tell us the budget and timing, and we match you with an agent who works in that price range every day.
