Furnished East Hampton housing on 30-day-plus terms, farther out and quieter than Southampton, for long assignments and monthly stays rather than weekends.
East Hampton sits farther east than Southampton and feels it. It is quieter, more spread out, and more seasonal, which changes both who we place here and how we plan the stay. Guests who choose East Hampton over Southampton are usually trading proximity and walkability for privacy and space: a longer drive to the expressway, fewer year-round services in winter, and considerably more room around the house.
Our placements are 30 nights minimum. Typical stays are renovation and construction leadership on East End projects, production teams on location, executives and creative professionals basing here for a full season, clinicians covering East End facilities, and families between homes who want to stay east while a build finishes. We do not handle weekend rentals or summer shares, that market is priced by the week in peak season and it does not serve anyone who needs a stable monthly rate.
Inventory is nearly all furnished single-family homes across East Hampton Village, Amagansett, Wainscott, and Springs, plus limited cottage and guesthouse options. Expect a car to be mandatory. Every placement includes furnishings, housewares, linens, and WiFi, on one consolidated invoice, with addresses shared privately.
The walkable core with Main Street shops, groceries, and the most year-round services in town.
Small hamlet just east, quieter still, mostly houses on larger lots with easy beach access.
Between Bridgehampton and East Hampton, convenient for driving west toward job sites and the airport.
Residential and wooded on the north side, the most year-round neighborhood and generally the best monthly value.
Farthest east, highly seasonal, occasional option for shoulder-season and winter monthly stays.
Custom-home builders, architects, and project managers who need to be on site daily for months at a time.
Crews on location who need several furnished houses on monthly terms and space to work from the property.
Professionals working remotely from the East End for a season, with dedicated workspace and reliable connectivity.
Households mid-renovation, mid-sale, or mid-claim who want to remain east rather than move back west.
Medical staff covering East End facilities on contract terms rather than nightly hotel rates.
East Hampton has very little conventional hotel inventory, and what exists is seasonal and expensive. For a stay measured in months, a furnished house is not a luxury choice, it is the only workable one: multiple bedrooms, a full kitchen, laundry, driveway parking for work vehicles, and a flat monthly rate that holds through the term. It also gives project teams somewhere to hold a working session without booking a conference room forty minutes away.
LIRR Montauk Branch service from East Hampton station runs to Jamaica and Penn Station New York, roughly 2 hours 30 minutes to Midtown, with limited off-peak frequency. Hampton Jitney express coaches serve East Hampton and Amagansett directly to Manhattan. Route 27 is the single main road east and it backs up badly on summer weekends, budget extra time. East Hampton Airport (JPX) is about 10 minutes from the village. A car is required for any working stay here.
