Furnished Monthly Rentals in the Hamptons

The Hamptons is a weekly market for most of the summer, and that is not the business we are in. Our placements here are 30 nights minimum, which means we are strongest in the shoulder and off seasons and on longer summer terms that an owner will actually hold.

We place furnished homes for executives working remotely for a season, families between houses, production and event groups needing a longer base, and households on extended insurance placements. Because these owners value privacy, tours are arranged discreetly and we do not publish addresses, building names, or identifying photographs.

Tell us the dates, the number of bedrooms, and whether you need a pool, an office, or pet approval, and we tell you honestly what is realistic for that window. Terms are quoted as one monthly figure, utilities handled, with fees disclosed before you commit. When the market is closed for your dates, we say so and look at the Jersey Shore or a hotel program option instead of stringing the request along.
