Property Finders Group places furnished stays of 30 nights or longer for relocating employees, executives, families between homes, and households displaced by a claim or a renovation. When a property fits a current or upcoming request, we come back to you. That is the whole arrangement at this stage.
To be direct about what this is not: submitting a property does not create an agency relationship, a listing agreement, a booking, or any public listing. We do not promise occupancy, a guaranteed tenant, guaranteed income, an exclusive mandate, or a waiting list of buyers. No commission or fee terms are set on this page. Public display of a property and any representation arrangement are handled separately, in writing, after review.
Please do not send deeds, identity documents, bank details, building access codes or information about current tenants. Telling us your role is a declaration, not verification of authority, and we confirm authority before anything moves forward.
Owners, authorized agents and property managers
Use the property submission form. It covers homes and apartments across New York and New Jersey, including higher-end and luxury residences. The form asks for a full street address, phone number, ZIP code, square footage, monthly price and security deposit. Management company is optional, so an individual owner can submit without one.

- Confirmation that you own or are authorized to list the property
How review works
Every submission is read. If it matches a live or upcoming placement, we contact you to confirm details, timing and terms. If it does not, we keep it on file. Not every property is presented to a guest and not every property appears on this site.
Furnished residence and hotel operators
If you operate a furnished residence building, an aparthotel, or a boutique or extended-stay hotel in New York or New Jersey and want to be considered for 30+ night placements and corporate room needs, send the details below by email.
