Question 1

What is the minimum stay for corporate housing?

Accepted Answer

30 nights. Anything shorter is handled through our corporate hotel program with negotiated nightly rates, same dedicated contact.

Question 2

How much does corporate housing cost compared to a hotel?

Accepted Answer

For any stay past two weeks, a furnished corporate apartment is meaningfully less than an equivalent extended-stay hotel once you factor in taxes, in-unit laundry, a full kitchen, and a real workspace. We price every request individually and customize the savings to your company against your current spend.

Question 3

Which cities do you serve?

Accepted Answer

All 50 states. Our deepest inventory is in the NYC metro (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island City) and northern New Jersey (Jersey City, Hoboken, Weehawken, West New York, Newark, Fort Lee, Morristown). We also actively place in Boston, DC, Philadelphia, Miami, Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Austin, Denver, Phoenix, LA, SF, and Seattle.

Question 4

Do you handle insurance ALE placements?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Same-day placement for displaced policyholders after fire, flood, or building-vacate orders, with direct billing to the carrier and a full paper trail for the adjuster.

Question 5

Can you place travel nurses on 13-week assignments?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We match hospital location, contract length, pet policy, and parking. Direct billing to the staffing agency is standard, and tax-home compliance documentation is available on request.

Question 6

Do you offer centralized corporate billing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. One consolidated NET-30 invoice per company, broken out by traveler, project, or cost center. W-9 and COI on file. No traveler card required.

Question 7

What's included in a PFG furnished apartment?

Accepted Answer

Fully furnished with premium furniture, full kitchen with cookware, linens and towels, high-speed WiFi, in-unit or in-building laundry, dedicated workspace, and all utilities. Most buildings include doorman, gym, and package room.

Question 8

How fast can you place a traveler?

Accepted Answer

Standard placements confirm within one business day. Urgent placements, insurance ALE, medical, flight-diverted travelers, confirm within hours, often the same day.

Question 9

Do you handle group and project-team bookings?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Block-booking for consulting, audit, tech deployment, and construction crews is a core competency. One point of contact, volume pricing, coordinated move-in logistics.

Question 10

Are pets allowed?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we filter for pet-friendly buildings up front. Pet fees vary by building; we flag them in every option so there are no surprises.

Question 11

How does your hotel program work?

Accepted Answer

You get access to negotiated rates with luxury hotel partners, five-star hotel blocks, and curated independent properties worldwide. A dedicated representative coordinates every booking.

Question 12

Is my traveler's loyalty status honored?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All points, elite nights, and tier credit accrue as normal, our negotiated rate does not compromise loyalty benefits.

Question 13

Do you charge markups or booking fees to the traveler?

Accepted Answer

No traveler-facing fees. Our compensation comes from established supplier commissions inside the negotiated rate, disclosed on request.

Question 14

Can you set up a corporate account for our company?

Accepted Answer

Yes, a corporate account gives your HR, mobility, and travel teams a shared portal, per-employee or per-project reporting, one invoice, and a dedicated contact. Setup is same-week.

Question 15

Do you provide reporting for finance and procurement?

Accepted Answer

Monthly spend, compliance, and traveler-satisfaction reports in your finance team's preferred format, CSV, PDF, or fed into Concur / Egencia / Navan.

Question 16

How is PFG different from Blueground, National Corporate Housing, or AltoVita?

Accepted Answer

One contact, two solutions. PFG is the only provider that pairs furnished corporate apartments AND a negotiated hotel program in a single relationship, so your 30+ day stays and your one-night trips run through the same dedicated concierge and the same invoice.

Question 17

Do you place internationally?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our hotel program includes luxury hotel partners and curated independents worldwide, including primary business markets. Furnished apartment inventory is US-focused with select international partners.

Question 18

Who owns the traveler relationship if something goes wrong?

Accepted Answer

A dedicated PFG representative is available 24/7, from request to checkout. No chatbot, no rotating reps. If your traveler is stuck at 2am, they call one number and get a human.
