Williamsburg & Greenpoint · Furnished 30+ day stays

Corporate Housing in Williamsburg and Greenpoint

Furnished corporate housing for relocating teams, executives, and families who need a real home while work or a move is in progress.

Williamsburg and Greenpoint form the northern Brooklyn waterfront across from Midtown and the East Village. Both saw heavy new residential construction along the river, so amenity buildings with elevators, gyms and in-unit laundry are common here in a way they are not in most of Brooklyn, alongside older row houses and small walk-ups a few blocks inland.

The transit fact worth planning around is that the L line is the fast route into Manhattan from Williamsburg, while Greenpoint is served mainly by the G line, which does not enter Manhattan at all and requires a transfer. The East River ferry landings at both neighborhoods are widely used as a result. Inland blocks in either neighborhood can be a long walk from any train.

Term, amenity access and fees are confirmed per building. We do not assume a listing's amenity list applies to a short-term guest.

    Areas covered on this page

    Greenpoint

The northern neighborhood, bordering Queens at Newtown Creek. Quieter than Williamsburg with a strong local main street, but the G line means a transfer for Manhattan trips, which makes the ferry more important here.

    Williamsburg

Larger and busier, with the most new waterfront towers and the L line to Manhattan. North and South Williamsburg differ noticeably in character and building stock, so tell us which side you mean.

What to confirm for this area

    • Whether your commute depends on the L, the G or the ferry
    • How far inland the building sits from the waterfront and the station
    • Which building amenities a short-term resident may actually use

Rent, fees, parking and availability are confirmed property by property. Nothing here is a guarantee of a specific home.

    Local questions

Does the G line go to Manhattan?

No. It runs within Brooklyn and Queens, so Greenpoint trips into Manhattan usually mean a transfer or the ferry.

Are the new buildings easier for short terms?

Often, because they are professionally managed. Each still sets its own minimum term, which we confirm.

Own or manage a property here?

Owners and operators use a separate pathway. We review submissions and reply directly. We do not promise occupancy, income or a tenant.
