Flatiron, NoMad & Gramercy · Furnished 30+ day stays
Furnished Extended Stays in Flatiron, NoMad and Gramercy
Furnished corporate housing for relocating teams, executives, and families who need a real home while work or a move is in progress.
These three names cover adjacent blocks in Midtown South and are used loosely by listings, which is why we cover them together here. Flatiron sits around the Broadway and Fifth Avenue crossing near Madison Square Park. NoMad is the stretch just north of it toward the low 30s. Gramercy is east of Park Avenue South around the private park, with a quieter, more residential feel.
The practical distinction is what surrounds you. Flatiron and NoMad are office and hotel districts with converted commercial buildings, busy weekdays and quieter weekends, and easy access to the 4, 5, 6, N, Q, R, W, F and M lines. Gramercy is calmer, with more prewar residential buildings and townhouses, and the private park itself is only open to keyholders of the surrounding buildings, which is worth knowing before assuming park access.
Term, building rules and what is included are confirmed per property for your dates.
What we arrange here

Areas covered on this page
Flatiron
Centered on Madison Square Park and the Broadway and Fifth Avenue crossing. Mostly converted commercial buildings with strong transit and heavy weekday activity. Best for someone working in Midtown South who wants to walk.
NoMad
The blocks north of Madison Square toward the low 30s. Hotel-heavy with a mix of newer residential conversions. Useful when you want to be between Midtown and downtown, and when hotel options may fit dates under a month.
Gramercy
East of Park Avenue South around Gramercy Park. Quieter and more residential, with prewar buildings and townhouses. Access to the private park is limited to keyholders of surrounding buildings, so do not assume it comes with a stay.
What to confirm for this area
- Which of the three areas your address actually sits in, since listings blur the labels
- Weekday versus weekend activity on the block if quiet matters
- Whether any park or amenity access referenced in a listing applies to your stay
Rent, fees, parking and availability are confirmed property by property. Nothing here is a guarantee of a specific home.
Local questions
Can I get into Gramercy Park?
The park is private and access is tied to keyholders in the surrounding buildings. Treat it as a view, not an amenity, unless a specific building confirms otherwise.
Which of these is quietest?
Generally Gramercy, because it is residential rather than office and hotel driven.
