Hell's Kitchen & Hudson Yards · Furnished 30+ day stays

Corporate Housing in Hell's Kitchen and Hudson Yards

Furnished corporate housing for relocating teams, executives, and families who need a real home while work or a move is in progress.

Hell's Kitchen, also called Clinton, runs roughly from 34th to 59th Street west of Eighth Avenue. Hudson Yards is the newer development at its southern edge around the rail yards and the 7 line extension. They are neighbors with very different housing: older tenement walk-ups and mid-rise rentals in the older streets, and new high-rise towers with full amenity packages at the southern end.

The reason people choose this area is access. Penn Station, the Port Authority Bus Terminal, the Lincoln Tunnel approaches and most Midtown offices and theaters are walkable, and the A, C, E and 7 lines run through it. The tradeoffs are honest ones: traffic on the tunnel and terminal approaches is heavy, some blocks are loud in the evenings, and the far western avenues are a longer walk to the subway.

Term, amenity access and fees are confirmed per building rather than assumed from the address.

    Areas covered on this page

    Hudson Yards

The newer southern portion around the rail yards, served by the 7 line extension and next to the High Line's northern end. Buildings are new and amenity-heavy, and short-term arrangements are usually cleanest here, at a higher price point than the older streets.

Clinton, the older Hell's Kitchen streets

North of the yards, with walk-ups, mid-rise rentals and a dense restaurant corridor. More everyday character and lower cost, with fewer amenities and more street noise.

What to confirm for this area

    • Noise exposure, particularly near the tunnel and bus terminal approaches
    • Whether the building is a walk-up and how many flights
    • Which amenities in a new tower are actually available to a short-term resident

Rent, fees, parking and availability are confirmed property by property. Nothing here is a guarantee of a specific home.

Is this a good base for someone commuting by train?

It is one of the better ones, because Penn Station and the bus terminal are walkable. Confirm the exact walk for your building.
