Flushing & Forest Hills · Furnished 30+ day stays

Furnished Extended Stays in Flushing and Forest Hills

Furnished corporate housing for relocating teams, executives, and families who need a real home while work or a move is in progress.

These two central Queens neighborhoods are grouped here because both are apartment-heavy, both sit on strong transit, and both are frequently asked about for the same kinds of assignments. Flushing, in northern Queens, is a dense commercial center at the end of the 7 line with an adjacent LIRR station and a large amount of newer mid-rise and high-rise construction. Forest Hills, to the south, is quieter and more residential, served by the E, F, M and R lines and its own LIRR stop, with prewar co-op buildings and the planned Forest Hills Gardens district.

The tradeoff between them is character rather than convenience. Flushing is busy, commercial and well supplied with newer buildings and services; Forest Hills is calmer, greener and dominated by co-ops, which restricts short terms more often. Both put Flushing Meadows Corona Park and the stadium and tennis complexes nearby, which affects traffic during major events.

Terms, co-op rules, parking and fees are confirmed per building for your dates.

    Areas covered on this page

    Flushing

Dense and commercial, at the 7 line terminal with an LIRR station nearby. The most newer-building supply of the two, and the busiest streets. Good when you want services and transit over quiet.

    Forest Hills

Quieter and largely co-op, on the E, F, M and R lines with its own LIRR stop. Short terms are harder to arrange because of building rules, so we tell you early whether your dates are realistic.

What to confirm for this area

    • Whether the building is a co-op and what term restrictions apply
    • Which line and station you would actually use, express or local
    • Event-day traffic if you will be near the park and stadium complexes

Rent, fees, parking and availability are confirmed property by property. Nothing here is a guarantee of a specific home.

    Local questions

Why are these covered on one page?

Both are apartment-driven central Queens markets asked about for the same reasons. Separate pages would repeat the same guidance.

    Is parking available?

It varies by building and is often a separate garage cost. We confirm it per property.

Own or manage a property here?

Owners and operators use a separate pathway. We review submissions and reply directly. We do not promise occupancy, income or a tenant.
