How many rooms do we need for a block?

Small blocks of about 10 rooms a night are common. Tell us your count and dates and we will tell you what is possible in writing.

What if we do not fill the block?

Every hotel sets its own terms. We get the release date and any minimums in writing before you sign, so there are no surprises.

Can attendees book their own rooms?

Yes. We can set it up so each guest books and pays, or so one organization is billed for the whole block.

The conference hotel is sold out. Can you still help?

Yes. We look at nearby hotels and furnished apartments and send options close to the venue.

Can you mix hotels and apartments?

Yes. Short stays usually go in hotels. Guests staying a month or more often do better in a furnished apartment.

How fast can you send options?

We usually send options within one business day of getting the city, dates and room count.

Do you only work in New York and New Jersey?

NYC and NJ are our home markets. We also book hotels and source furnished housing in other US cities on request.
